Q: Where is Art Class Rebel Based?
A: ACR is based in Midland, Ontario, Canada by the shores of Georgian Bay.
Q: Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
A: Yes! We are based in Canada and ship worldwide. Please note that all prices are in Canadian Dollars.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders will take 2-5 business days to process and pack before they are shipped. Once shipped, most Canadian orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks.
Both tracked and untracked shipping options are available. Select tracked if you would like your package tracked, or select expedited if you'd like it to be tracked and to arrive faster.
Q: What is this store's return and exchange policy?
A: Refunds and exchanges are not currently available, but exceptions will be made if an item arrives damaged (with photo proof of the damage).
Q: How do you choose the charities that you donate to?
A: I choose charities that I feel strongly about and that are ethical in their practices. The current charity that all donations are going to is Rainbow Railroad, a Canadian Charity helping LGBTQ people escape persecution and violence in other countries.

Q: Do you ever sell at IRL events?
A: Yes! Last year we were at Simcoe Pride in Barrie, and this year we would like to be vendors at at least three different pride festivals in Ontario.
